Total Traffic Vehicle Tracking System (TTVTS)

TThe Total Traffic Vehicle Tracking System (known as TTVTS) allows iHeart Media and other associated company users to track devices and other assets that belong to the company with an easy-to-use mapping interface.

Specified users may log in to the system using any modern browser or device and track any available device. Users may set up e-mail and SMS alerts to be notified when devices become inactive or exceed specific parameters.

Users may also review usage data through the extensive reports that are built in to the system. Detailed and summary reports are available that show the usage of the tracked devices.

E-mail notifications have been created so that the appropriate personell are notified when a log entry has been created. Crew members are able to insert log entrys and convey maintenance and other issues in their log entries. Notifications are sent to the appropriate team members to alert them to any outstanding issues.

These are the Terms of Service (TOS) and Conditions under which the TRACKMYRIDE service is provided.

This service is provided free of charge, as a public service.
The service may or may not be available at any time. We strive to ensure that the service is available 100% of the time but there are no guarantees.
The software is not open source software. It is copyrighted.
You are not allowed to embed or use an iframe of this site unless express written permission has been given to you by the author.
You are not allowed to scrape the content of the site for the purpose of displaying it on another site or software application, except as described on the webservices page, or with the express written permission of the owner.
You are allowed to crawl the site using a spider or web crawling program for the purposes of providing a public and free-to-use search engine which links back to the site.
The sole purpose of the site is to publish real-time and historical position tracking data. This data may be considered sensitive and/or private. If you do not wish to make your position known to everyone that uses this site sign up for a paid account or do not transmit it to our service.
You must register a valid e-mail address with our service in order to use it. We will not intentionally sell your e-mail address or other contact information. In the unlikely event that a data breach occurs the provider of the service assumes no liability for the release of your data.
You are only allowed to publish your own tracking data unless you have the express permission from the target you are tracking.

Privacy Policy

Like a number of website, TRACKMYRIDE uses third-party mapping, analytics and advertisement systems to implement core functionality of the site, collect statistics on its use, and to provide advertising revenue for the free areas of the web site.

The site uses third-party services and cookies may be used by us or these third-party providers for statistical information, advertising and social media campaigns. Cookies have been widely used on the Internet since the mid-1990s. We are required by law and international treaties to display a prominent warning to visitors from various countries to inform them of the use of cookies.

During the normal course of operation of our web site we will collect the following information:

Search terms and other data that may be submitted by the user

Search terms and other service logs may be kept for up to 36 months
Tracking data is stored up to 12 months

Availability of Information to Law Enforcement

Please be aware that account holders agree to make their tracking information public and this applies to law enforcment requests for information. Any valid law-enforcment agency may request tracking data for any user without a warrant and it will be delivered to them by us without notification to the device owner. It is our intention to fully cooperate in any way with all local, state and federal law-enforcment organizations. If you don't want big-brother tracking you then we suggest you do not sign up for an account with us.
